Is Zotero good choice to use Vancouver style in Word 2013

I just finished writing a book that has been accepted for publication. However, the publisher wants me to put my citations (note: I have 122 pages of citations!) into Vancouver format. I use Word 2013 for Windows and it does not directly support Vancouver. I have been reading comments about using Zotero and, as you would expect, I have run across a number of people reporting problems with using Zotero for Vancouver and Word for Windows.

Overall, do you think Zotero is the best choice to covert my citations to Vancouver style or is there a better option?

In general, Zotero works great for many citation styles, including Vancouver. It will probably work well for you.
