Zotfile Error (ID: 1516393860)

Hello,

I have been using Zotero for a while now and Zotfile was working just fine until I did try to back up my library. I don’t know whether or not it had anything to do with Zotfile not working, but since then the plugin can no longer rename attachments because it doesn't recognize the source folder as valid.

The report ID is: 1516393860.

    Thank you so much, Zotfile (4.2.1) seems to work.

    it'd be good to follow up & provide additional info in that thread so that Joscha knows this is not an isolated problem.

    Forgive my ignorance, but what sort of information should I provide? This is my first time posting on the forum and I am still trying to find my way around it.

    The exact same things jkirby provides in their last post. It'll be helpful to know under what conditions the error occurs exactly.
