ID 16737004 - "could not find a record for the specified identifier" (ISBN)

I am getting the above message when trying to enter an ISBN which I know is correct (978-0-07-180215-4). In fact, it's not recognising ANY ISBN's on any of my texts and I am at a loss of what to do.

    yeah, that one should certainly work. Have you tried just resetting translators from the advanced tab of the Zotero preferences?

    If that doesn't help, which Zotero version, OS, and if applicable, Firefox version?

    Yes, have reset translators.
    Firefox V. 45
    Zotero 4.0.28.10

    It works for DOI's but not for ANY ISBN's.

    Would the openURL have anything to do with it (not that I've changed anything, have been using Zotero for months without issue)? It's set to http://worldcat.org/registry/gateway

    you need to update Zotero. 4.0.29 is required for FF 45 compatibility.

    ok, so how do I force it to do that? I click on "update", it says "updated" but still says 4.0.28. I have checked the certificate and it is valid.

    just re-install from zotero.org/download, does the same as updating.

    (to be clear, update should work and does for most/all other people, just seems like the quickest way to get you back on track to have you do it manually)
