"Error processing uploaded data (report ID: 4f402187)"
Hi,
This is a re-post with the report id. I did not try to restore to or from the server yet. I also do not usually keep snapshots or PDFs (or other linked files for that matter), only references, tags and notes.
Thanks in advance for any help,
Y.Farkash

Upgrade Storage
Oh, I do seem to have one citation with a never-ending list of authors. I'll try to delete it and see what happens...
No, after deleting it I still get an error message, this time the report ID is 204fc019.
I also noticed that I have a few citations that in 'extra' field have the whole abstract, which makes this field particularly long, I don't know if that's of any importance.
Thanks for the time an effort.
Creators aren't removed from the database immediately when you remove them. Try creating a dummy item and then deleting it (and emptying it from the trash), which forces a purge.
Regarding removal from the database: I did not try to remove the creators from the item, I deleted the whole item (selected the item in the middle column and pressed the 'delete' button on the keyboard).
I am also not sure how to create a dummy item, should I simply press the '+' in the toolbar and create an empty item? I tried it, but when I deleted it, it did not go to my 'Recycling bin' (or 'trash'), so I am not sure whether emptying it would matter.
I did the 'purge deleted storage files' from the 'actions' menu and then tried to sync, but still to no avail (report id: 693e829f).
