@adamsmith , I am not good at all with University templete and someone helped me to fix the last problems during all day, today, so I am afraid, not.
I do not know by what miracle in one version of the whole thesis it worked, Zotero went through all chapters and 'changed' in-text citations to Cite Them Right ('changed' - nothing had to be actually changed), but in the Bibliography some citations are twice.
I can only copy-paste the citations and edit by hand. However, now I wonder why some citations are twice and in-text citations are a mix between one style (Northampton and my edited style).
I do not even know what steps I did, but I am continuously trying to still insert a citation in the most recent version of the Thesis Draft.
