Word plug-in won't install

I hate to bother the community with such a mundane problem, but I can't get it the MS Word plug-in to install on my computer. The plug-in seems to download fine and a text box says it has installed. However, it never appears in my Word program. Is there something I'm doing incorrectly?

I'm using Vista, MS Word 2007.

Are you sure its not there? 2007 does some funny things with the ribbon, one of which is hiding addons in a special addons tab. Can you see that?

Thanks to both of you. Unfortunately, neither seems to work. I've searched through all the tabs on Word to see if Zotero is there. No luck.

The manual installation was a bit confusing, but I think I loaded it successfully there, too.

It's strange, because I had no problem loading Zotero on Word in my iBook.

Any other suggestions?

i am having trouble as well... word takes for ever to start up... and then it crashes, and does not start... i remove the zotero.dot file from the startup folder, and it works... what gives?
