Problem with the journal Chest

It seems that Zotero does not sense the existence of full text articles for articles in the journal Chest - for example the link "http://www.chestjournal.org/content/135/2/521.abstract". Also, when clicking the link to the pdf file, it opens in a frame so that when clicking on the zotero icon in the address link, a different frame is saved. If choosing "create new utem from current page", all three frames, including the pdf file, are saved, but I'd love to be able to save only the pdf file. Is this possible ?
