Harvard Style - Cite Them Right 9th edition

I'm having trouble getting Zotero in-text citations to manifest properly. I have two troublesome references, one involves an author name with an รถ in it; the other two both involve records with 4 or more authors. Maybe that's relevant, maybe not... Anyhow, when I attempt to insert these references in my Word text I get an error "Zotero experienced an error updating your document [zoteroWinWordIntegrationException..."The range cannot be deleted." Then, the space changes in the document, and the zotero code does not seem to go in at all. Any ideas what's going on here?

    Can you insert those references into an otherwise empty new document?

    Yes i can. That means the Word doc has extra code somewhere?

    I tried this again. I cannot insert these references into an otherwise empty new document. All three problem records involve 4 or more authors in the Harvard Style - Cite them Right 9th edition. I'm grateful for any suggestions about how to remedy.
