Sync error in Papership(ipad)

Hi,

I'm facing a initial sync problem with Papership in my ipad pro, so I'd like to ask your help.
I got the app in my ipad, and I logged in to zotero to start initial sync,
and I found it always stopped at 150/2*** and giving an error message.

According to the error logs, there are two types of errors. The first one looks like this:

Error domain: com.71squared.tbxml (1)
Error description: Decode failure
Recovery suggestion: (null)

Failing URL:(null)

Response: (null) (0)

This type of error seems to appear when I try first time (after some hours later from the last trial). If I try again after removing the Papership app from short-term memory, the second type of error appears:

Error domain: AFNetworkingErrorDomain (-1011)
Error description: Expected status code in (200-299), got 500
Recovery suggestion: An error occurred

In the second type of error, I checked the item key, and it seems there are a couple of specific items being mentioned. I contacted the support, and the guy said I am the only case suffering this kind of problem with Papership, suggesting to contact Zotero. Is there anyone who can help me to figure out this problem? It's really annoying, so I decided to resolve it!
For your information: I'm trying it with ipad pro (iOS 9.2.1), Papership version 3.7.2(149), with zotero file storage. Currently my library has ~2300 items.

    The problem is related the the API version -- the request passes with version 3 but fails on version 2. You could ask papership if there's a reason they're not using version 3, but Dan might also want to take a look why this fails on version 2 (which I don't think it should, and certainly not with 500, which is the least useful error possible).
