Rename file with ''don't print'' extension

I am using the ''Don't print'' extension to transfer files from zotero to my e-reader and I was wondering...Is there a way to rename automatically the file that I transfer with the meta data of the original pdf file? The extension is working good but all my new files on my e-reader that has transferred with the extension are named ''Unknown file'' until I change the name manually. I would like to know if there is a way to rename it automatically.

I'm not sure how the "Don't print" extension works, but my main suggestion would be to use a different method to put files on your e-reader. What e-reader do you use? Are you able to access Dropbox or another cloud service on your device? If so, I would recommend using Zotfile to transfer files to and from your e-reader.
