Peer Review of Newly Developed Style for a Journal
Hi all,
I think I finally finished developing this style I've been working on for the journal Herpetological Conservation and Biology. In my tests it does everything I want it to do (within the current limits of CSL), and matches the Instructions to Authors for all examples presented and other reference types/scenarios not presented (but discussed with the editorial board and/or found in recent published manuscripts).
I was wondering if anyone out there is willing to glance over it and make sure that I haven't made any glaring CSL faux pas' that, despite technically doing what I want, will either make life difficult for our authors when they use the style or make it difficult for us to maintain the style as CSL evolves?
I have read through the CSL tips (which it follows as far as I can tell) and I've already validated the style using the CSL validator. But its the first style I've ever made and want to be sure its all kosher.
The instructions to authors can be found here:
http://www.herpconbio.org/InstructionsForAuthors.pdf.
The style can be found here:

Thanks!
Matt

I do a cursory check for obvious errors or poor coding practices in all submissions.
