Zotero no longer working
I have a mac and my Zotero is no longer working. It worked for a day and then said that I had an update so I did the update and it took out the different citations and now is no longer working. What should i do?

TjowensCould you explain exactly what you mean by not working? Can you see the Zotero icon? Can you open your Zotero pane? Are you seeing item icons in the location bar at sites like Amazon?

kellyp2544I can see the Zotero icon but there is a yellow !mark over it and when i try to click on it, it says Zotero user data DB version is newer than SQL file

TjowensOk, you most likely switched from one of the sync preview releases back to the other releases. Installing the newest sync preview release should resolve your issue.
