Upgrade StorageDrag and drop in Debian

Apologies if this is a redundant annoyance.
Drag 'n drop in Iceweasel (rebadged Firefox) 3.0.5 on Debian is wonky. Dan's fix from this post:

works fine, but it doesn't seem to have made it into sync preview (the latest update needed repatching again). Perhaps it has been forgotten?
