From the NLM (updated Feb 2016) journals names are to use the NLM abbreviation. Zotero is spelling out the entire name.

The NLM/Vancouver style uses the abbreviated journal titles when present in the Journal Abbr field or the automatic abbreviations when the relevant option is selected in document preferences:

The examples on the page you link to have final page numbers.

if you're OK with citation numbers in square brackets instead of parentheses, https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=Vancouver%20%28brackets%2C%20no%20%22et%20al.%22%29 would work for you.
