Upgrade StorageX change PDF viewer
Hello there,
is it by any chance possible to open PDFs directly from zotero with the pdf Xchange pdf viewer even if I have installed adobe and the Xchange viewer? When I try to open my saved PDFs from the zotero firefox library and try to open it with "open with an extern viewer" its just possible to open it with adobe, which I don't want because of certain features. Any ideas?

adamsmithThe "external viewer" Zotero uses is the system default. If you want all PDFs opened in pdfXchange, you can change that. If you just want pdfXchange for Zotero PDFs, Acrobat for other PDFs on the system, that's not currently possible. You're not the first person to ask, so it might happen eventually, but I don't think anyone is working on that.
