APA requires a publisher of books

APA style requires that the publisher and publisher city be included in the citation. There is no place to add a publisher or city. How do I comply with APA style if the option does not exist in Zotero?

    Book items do, of course, have publisher and place fields in Zotero (Webpage items do not have a publisher, which is arguably a problem, but a different issue).
