how to merge 5 documents into 1 with Zotero citations
Hi Zotero Users!,
At the beginning of my work I divided my work into 5 separate documents,
I used Zotero while writing,
Now I want to merge all 5 documents info 1 file,
How can save Zotero citations while copying form one to another documents in order not to mess everything up?
e.g.
in Document 1 I write that "a cat is white" and use citation nb.1,
in Document 2 I write, that "some cats and white" but my citation has number 3 in this document.
Now I want to create a new document and copy "a cat is white" and "some cats and white" and make Zotero renumber citation nb. 1 and nb. 3 in proper order.
Is it possible?
best regards

bwiernikYou can just copy and paste the text into one document, then click the Zotero "Refresh" button or add/edit a citation. Zotero will automatically re-number the citations correctly. If you copy into a brand new document, you may need to set a citation style first.
