Searching within a saved search

I have a saved search (with a check to include parent and child items). When I search all fields and tags (within the first search list), it does not identify items where the text is in the note.

Could you either take a screenshot of the two searches and post it somewhere and link to it or write exactly what they are. Not sure I'm quite following.
