not syncing (error report 1840940393)

Syncing my laptop to my server doesn't work.
The sync icon spins for a moment, then Firefox 44.0.2 (64bit) freezes for a moment. Then the syncing attempts stops with the following error: this._leftpane.ref.getField is not a function
Any solutions available?

Check your database integrity from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences. If that passes without error, generate a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that fails and we can look further.

Try temporarily disabling all your other Firefox extensions and see if it still happens.

I tried it and it worked. Thanks!
This was the first time I had this type of error. Hopefully it'll be the last time. But now there is a solution.
