Zotero Changes "Review" Options in Word 2013

When Zotero updates the bibliography (when initiated manually by the user or when it occurs automatically), the Word 2013 Reviewing Option changes from "Show all Markup" to "No Markup."

I have the same problem with Microsoft 2010.

this is using Standalone, right?

This is indeed using standalone. Version number is 4.0.28.7.

pretty sure that's fixed in the actual Word plugin, just not shipped with the last Standalone yet.
You can manually install the Firefox add-on in Standalone.
Download from https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_installation
Then install in Zotero through Tools-->Add-ons click on the tools icon at the top right --> Install from File and select the downloaded file.
