Upgrade StorageZotero wont work on home computer

So I recently bought a new smaller laptop to work in the library with. Have successfully synced old and new laptops using standalone and Open Office 4.0.1, although now I have done this the toolbar will no longer appear on my home laptop. It worked before the sync, and I have tried reinstalling etc. Would appreciate any help!
