not accepting .com.au email address

Hi,

I would like to add an address xxx@uscom.com.au.

When I try to add the email, the web system says it cannot add it.

I can add other .com email addresses.

Thoughts if its the .com.au?

no, Zotero doesn't do e-mail validation. This is almost always due to the fact that an e-mail is already associated with an account.
