Only partial attachement recovery from cloudme

I had to reinstall zotero on a new computer and recover my library from zotero sync, with the attachements stored in cloudme.

My library is back, and I don't see any sync errors. The reference that contains attachements (pdf) are properly indexed as is. However, for about 1/3 of the ref, the files are not found. They are identified as empty-center dot in the attachement column, and it says it can't locate the file when I click on it.

When I compare the storage folder on my computer, and the zotero folder in cloudme (that contains all the attachement as they were properly backuped before), I indeed see that there are many more files in the claudme folder.

It is like the zotero can't match the reference with the name of its attachement on cloudme. It's quite a shame because those names are not human readable and are supposed to be understood only by zotero...

Anyone knows what can be happening?
