So far, I have only managed to sync my account once. I added some new entries and changed my collections on a separate machine and have not been able to successfully sync it. I keep getting an error that states that my javascript build is out of date, which is strange as I just installed Firefox on this machine and have recently updated the Java component. I'm running Mac OS X 10.5.6 on a Mac Pro Desktop. The first part of the error is:

[JavaScript Error: "Build has expired -- syncing disabled" {file: "chrome://zotero/content/xpcom/sync.js" line: 559}]

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same issue. I decided to remove the zotero folder to force a reset of everything. In addition to the build expired log entry, I also had a cache problem that may have been fixable by the reset option if it was activated.
Removing (actually just added inactivated. as a prefix just in case I need it back) seems to have fixed it although the subsequent synch took a long time.
