Upgrade StorageStyle request: Journal of clinical rheumatology

I couldn't find the citation style for the "Journal of Clinical Rheumatology".
Examples can be found here:

It requires to name the first three authors. References need to be cited in brackets within the text.
Can you provide a similar style?

I hope back then you found that the AMA style is very like the one for JCR, but I've just created the style for JCR. https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/pull/2438
