MHRA - Newspaper Articles
Hi,
There seems to be an issue with MHRA citations for newspaper articles.
If the 'place' field is left blank, there does not seem to be a problem. However, if their is data in this field, the place and date appear in brackets. This seems to be inconsistent with section 11.2.5 on page 68 of the MHRA Style Guide:
Michael Schmidt, ‘Tragedy of Three Star-Crossed Lovers’, [italics]Daily Telegraph[/italics], 1 February 1990, p. 14.
Obviously, one solution is to leave the 'place' field blank, but this is not ideal for users who might be required to use another citation style in the future.
Any help would be appreciated.
Many thanks
Eoin
