'getting update data from syc server' stuck

Hi, I am trying to syn my library and It gets stuck at 'getting update data from syc server'. It was OK 1 hour ago and I don't know why it is now like this. Could you please help me with that?

    Syncing was a little slow this morning, but it should be back to normal now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
