Changing default shorcuts

By default, every keyboard shortcut in Zotero has to begin with CTRL+SHIFT. Is there any way I could assign an alternative shortcut key combination like CTRL+ALT instead? Some other programs I use (e.g my screen magnification) already makes use of CTRL+SHIFT shortcuts. Since those ones are meant to be used throughout the OS itself, I would like to keep them as is rather than changing them to accomodate Zotero.
