How to extract annotations from pdfs edited by Foxit Reader into Zotero notes?

We know that Zotfile may work with Adobe Reader but not Foxit Reader...

Or how to make Zotero index the annotations from Foxit Reader?

    Have you tried this? I thought ZotFile would work with Foxit. It's certainly not limited to Adobe Reader. I'm using it with PdfXchange, and I know various people using it with tablet-based PDF annotators.
    If it doesn't work with Zotfile, though, there's no alternative.
