attachments cannot be found after reinstalling macbook

dear all,

after having had to reinstall my macbook, the attachments
cannot be found anymore in zotero. i did install the zotero
standalone add-on again (4.0.28.10) and synchronised the library with my box.com account via "dav.box.com/dav". the attachements cannot be found anymore.
i am aware of the fact that there have been former discussions
addressing this issue but i am not making any progress. the debug output is "D1851703561".
