Error Processing Uploaded Data (Report ID: 8bbe1de3)

This is the error message that I get when I try to sync my collection with the Zotero server. My error report ID is 828171052. I haven't been able to upload any changes I have made to my local Zotero database since February 3. Based upon other users' experiences who seem to have the same problem, I tried the "restore from server" option, but it keeps asking me to enter my name a password, but I have already done so. Right now I cannot get beyond that screen.

Thanks for any assistance. I am running version 1.5-sync3.6.
  • Just to test whether or not it was a local database corruption, I deleted the Zotero folder from the Firefox profile and tried to download from the server fresh - Local version of Zotero still could not communicate with the server, so it doesn't seem like a corrupted database. Given that so many other people are having the same problem, perhaps it is something about sync3.6 that is the problem?

    Anxiously awaiting the next build (or a solution to the problem!).
