Need more Item Types, and missing field information

Currently, it seems that there are quite a few missing "item types," such as: ebook, figure/image, digital file, online video, etc.

Also, I noticed that when creating a website entry, there is no "publisher" area, which is a huge part of citing a web page.

    we're not going to add item types for all possible materials, you'll want to just abstract out a bit: e.g. an figure/image is an artwork, and online video is a film or video recording with a URL, a digital file is whatever it's contents are (report, manuscript, computer program) and an e-book is a book with a URL (that doesn't quite cover kindle books, which probably do need a medium field for books).

    Right on publisher for webpages, though. That's going to happen
