Upgrade Storagegetting zotero to treat citation of foreign language sources properly

I'm using Chicago Manual of Style 16th edition, full note, no ibid. Language is set to English (US), because that's the language I'm writing in and the overarching editorial style. However, I'm using sources in many European languages -- French, German, Spanish, Italian etc. Zotero footnotes will not handle the titles properly -- every first letter of every word is capitalized, even though the titles are properly entered in the database (sentence case). Is there anyway to get the notes to use lower case when it's called for and upper case when that's called for (e.g. in German, for instance). If I have manually to redo every footnote, what's the point? This is an old problem for zotero. I would have thought it resolved by now.
