Upgrade StorageEl Capitan download
Hello lovely people!
I am new to all this, I have a Mac its a joy! :-/ its on El Capitan but when I download the plug in (I am assuming thats all i have to do) I get an error message saying 'something went wrong and cannot download' no more detail than that! I have tried searching for the app and its definitely not there, any help would be fab.

You didn't say which Zotero version you are trying to use. There is a stand-alone that will work with Chrome and Safari. Also there is a plugin for Firefox. If you are using the stand-alone version you will also need a connector for Safari.
If you are translating the error message you received please state it in the original language. If the error message was in English, please tell us the exact wording of the message.
Did you download Zotero from the Zotero website?
