Upgrade StorageNormal file problems in Word 2010
For months, I've been having problems with my normal files in Word. Every time I close a file, it prompts me that I've changed my normal file. I was recently reading that plug-ins could be causing the problem (I use zotero and occasionally an adobe pdf plug in). Any ideas on if zotero could be causing it? I tried "Method 3: Lock the global template" on this link the other day: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/918064 which seemed to help for a few days maybe, but the problem has resurfaced. I had been on 3.5.2 on the plug-in until today.
(just updated to the 3.5.3 plug-in a few minutes ago, since I'd been having problems with it turning my comments in Word off each time I used it - hopefully this will do the trick!)
