Upgrade StorageTurabian: First Bibliographic Entry Loses Italics

After I use my first citation in a word doc, and generate the Bibliography using "Zotero Insert Bibliography," the sole bibliographic entry appears without italics for the book title (whereas the footnote appears fine). The only way to correct it is to insert citation for a second book, which adds a second book to the bibliography, and then (boom!) both books now appear with proper italics. How can I fix this problem? Thanks guys!
