Mystery Reference in Bibliography

There is a reference showing up in the bibliography that is not in the text. It had been in the text previously, but I deleted it. If I try to add it again, then it shows up twice in the bibliography as a, b.

I assume it's hiding somewhere in the document...how can I find it?

    If you're in Word, pressing Alt+F9 (Mac: possibly Alt+FN+F9) shows all field codes (don't panic, it'll look crazy, but the same keys revert this back). That should help you find it.

    In LibreOffice it's a little trickier; let me know if you're using that and we'll come up with something.
