Hello:

I've noticed that sometimes I can't add from OSU's library. I think it may be the translator because other times I can add just fine. I've gone through all of the steps on the troubleshooting page.

I'm on a PC, Windows 8 Zotero (not standalone) 4.0.28.7 Fireox 42.0
Translator: "Library Catalog (InnoPAC)"

Steps to reproduce:
Open url
Click "Save to Zotero using "Library Catalog (InnoPAC)"
I get a "Could Not Save This item" message

Can anyone help me out?
  • This happens for searches with just a single search result in that specific library catalog system. We don't, unfortunately, have a great solution to that at this time.
    As a good workaround, though, if you click on "Permanent link to this record" at the top right, Zotero will successfully save from the view that opens.
