Style Error: Canadian Journal of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences
Hello,
The Dec. 2014 CSL for the Canadian Journal of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences has an error.
According to the author guidelines:
http://www.nrcresearchpress.com/page/cjfas/authors
when an article is assigned a doi, the format is to not have a space between doi: and the number itself, so it should look like this:
doi:10.4319/lo.1996.41.5.0903
not
doi: 10.4319/lo.1996.41.5.0903
Correcting this is easy, just change the CSL line:
<text variable="DOI" prefix="doi: "/>
by deleting the space following the colon.
I have shared this revised CSL file with my colleagues & students. Am in the process of uploading changes to GitHub (trying to work through the procedures).
Thank you for correcting this in the repository.
