suggestions for government data-type item choice

So, I see there are item types for hearing, statutes, reports, and manuscripts, but which of these, if any, does something like "Statistical Yearbook 2008" fall under? Or a census table on educational attainment?

It's late, so it may be an obvious answer, but I'd be interested in hearing what others do.
  • The first would either be a report, or a book (particularly if formally published).

Not sure about a census table. Exactly how is it made available? Is it a standalone document published on the web, or published within a government report?
  • Thanks for the pointer.

The census table is a downloadable option - excel or csv, and sometimes pdf. Here's an example link: http://www.census.gov/popest/states/NST-ann-est.html

The generic Document type should work, though it may be currently missing a valuable field or two. I suppose a Data or Table type might be valuable to add as well.

I wouldn't call this a government document though, since that's not its most fundamental characteristic.
