Upgrade Storagere: tagging and sync error 0x80004005
First time user running 1.5-sync3.6 with firefox 3.0.5 on windows XP Pro.
I have not been able to successfully sync. The error message (below) is connected with tagging and I have noted that when I select different papers, the tag in the bottom left pane are not updating.
The error console message is as follows:
Error: [Exception... "'[Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) [mozIStorageStatement.execute]" nsresult: "0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE)" location: "JS frame :: chrome://zotero/content/xpcom/data/tag.js :: anonymous :: line 362" data: no] [ERROR: constraint failed]' when calling method: [nsIDOMEventListener::handleEvent]" nsresult: "0x8057001e (NS_ERROR_XPC_JS_THREW_STRING)" location: "<unknown>" data: no]
On syncing, I have to navigate a whole series of error messages relating to tagging. They follow the pattern of:
A tag has been changed both remotely and locally since last sync
Local version: [deleted]
Remote version: magnetics
The remote version has been kept
OR
The tag 'magnetics' has been added and/or removed from items in multiple locations. It has been added to the following local items:
[then lists series of papers in my database]
Any ideas?
