Upgrade StorageTranslator problem for Penn State Library catalog (resolver:Library Catalog (SIRSI))
I haven't been able to download citations from the Penn State catalog for a couple weeks now.

But I haven't been able to get it to work at all lately. Any suggestions would be most welcome.
