Bbliography does not work in word 2016 for mac

Hi, when i cite in an allready existing document, bibliography does not insert automatically. Even when i refress bibliography nothing happens. All this does not happen in a new document.
Sometimes firefox freeze and says “firefox does not respond‘ and sometimes word automatically close.
i must say that it happens again before and i had then corrupted bibliography, but since i fixed it i did not worked with this document again before now.
i have yosemite, and the latest firefox 42.0 for mac.

I'd recommend https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#debugging_broken_documents
in particular, have Word show field codes and see if there is an old code related to the bibliography you deleted.

i think i fixed it. Again it was a crazed bibliography. I do not know why it happened again.

And something else, it still says on add ons “Zotero could mot be verified for use in Firefox. Proceed with caution‘‘ on my pc windows 8.1 and on my mac (Yosemite)
also i get the message on add ons ‘‘ zotero world for windows integration could not be verified for use in firefox. proceed with caution‘ only on my pc windows .
i have office 365 personal on my pc and office 2016 for mac on my mac.
Are all these messages something to worry about?
