Error while trying to sync after first install Report ID 921026759

I have installed stand alone on Windows 7, but there is an repeated error when trying to sync. The installation goes well, the login accepted, and my files show up, but the pdfs stop syncing after about 30 seconds. Below is the code from the error report. The same thing happens when I attempt to install the Firefox version.
