Multilinguale Version von Zotero (MLZ) error

I use the MLZ Zotero. I tried to update zotero to the new 4.0.28 version. It worked for a minute. If I start Zotero on Firefox I get a please update https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/newer_db_version error , but if I check for updates the version I have is up to date. In word, the stand alone is giving me this error: zotero could not charge the component necessariy for the text processing. Please check that the appropriate module is installed. I have no clue what to do. PLease help

    The problem is I can't even find the directory zotero.sqlite in Windows 10. And I can't start Zotero on firefox.

    I believe this would give you the right directory on Windows 10:
    C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\\zotero

    (where is your username and random string is some random combination of letters and numbers.)

    You may need to show hidden files to be able to access/see this. (Google Show Hidden Files Windows 10 for instructions).

    You can also get to your _Firefox_ profile directory (which is the above minus zotero) by going to Firefox help (the little question mark after clicking on the three-lines icon in the top right --> Troubleshooting Information --> Show directory.

    @costiana: That error is triggered when Zotero is run on an MLZ database, so you likely have Zotero installed and enabled. Try these steps:

    1. Stop any Standalone on your system.

    2. Check your Firefox plugins, and disable "Zotero" or "Multilingual Zotero" if you find it there.

    3. Install Juris-M (Standalone or Firefox plugin) from https://juris-m.github.io/downloads

    Juris-M should find your database and open it for you.

    (If you prefer to move back to official Zotero, the steps linked above by adamsmith will get you there.)

    Thank you, I uninstalled Zotero from Firefox and Standalone. I installed Juris M standalone and firefox. In firefox it recognized my library, which is good cause until now I could not even access it. But in the word document, I still get the error *zotero n'a pas pu charger le composant nécessaire pour communiquer avec votre traitement de texte. Veuillez vous assurer que le module approprié est installé et réessayez.*
