Upgrade StorageSyncing error

Haven't synced for 154 days due to an oversize note which I fixed today. Hoping to migrate to new macbook, figure syncing is the best way to do so. Am concerned that turning on zotero on new macbook may sync it's empty library to the cloud, rather than the other way round, but that's another conversation than the error here which occurred on the old computer.

adamsmith(Dan will look at the error report, but there's no concern about syncing an empty library. Sync only ever deletes items that you have explicitly deleted in Zotero).
