Upgrade StorageField Code Problems after Update to 4.0.28.8
Yesterday I ran the manual update to Zotero 4.0.28.8 Standalone on a 2013 iMac running El Capitan and Word 2011; also, Chrome is my go-to browser, fwiw. After running the update and installing the word plugins, I opened a document to find all of the citations displayed as codes in both the body of the document and footnotes. I selected all, toggled the codes, saved as a new file name, and when I reopened the document, I still saw field codes, not citations. When I add new citations, they also appear as field codes, and when I toggle new codes to citations, all the existing citations revert to field codes. Everything was working yesterday morning, and I didn't change a single setting in Word, update it, or anything; the only change was upgrading Zotero. I'm on a deadline, help please!

adamsmithjust press alt+F9 (or possibly alt+FN+F9 depending on your settings) in word to hide field codes.
