Use referer to set citedby field
When adding a paper to the library, it would be useful if the previous page was available. If the previous page was a paper as well, chances are I clicked on on a bibliography link to get to a cited paper, the current page I am about to add.
The user could be prompted with a choice to add a citedby to the current paper. If the other paper also exist, it could have a field 'citing' and refer to the current paper.
This way it would be quite easy to build a network while browsing, without the need to actually think about it. I would probably have that feature turned on all the time.
If a core developer thinks that is possible and a seasoned programmer but zotero novice could implement it, I would give it try.
Cheers
