Missing data

Hi, I am missing data from my library. Over the summer I replaced my computer, and I formated the old one and downloaded the new one. I was pretty sure that I had always kept my syncing on. I can find two items from february and one from march. The rest is added later. But if some from march are there, then something happened. I had added about 50 books since january. So I would be glad if we could find these missing items.
I was using Firefox on my previous computer (Windows) and now I am using Standalone (OX)...
PLease help!

You're looking for items added between January and the summer? Those don't appear to have been synced. It's possible you were getting a sync error before you replaced your computer and your recent data hadn't synced. I'm afraid there's nothing we can do to restore those if you don't have a backup of your local Zotero data directory from your old computer.

Is there a way to import from the zotero entries in a word document?
Or a way to import items from a inserted bibliography?
Or is the only way to do it manually?
