Delete my local data on shared computer

I synced my Zotero library on a computer that I share with my colleagues. Now that I finished working, I would like to delete my local data on the computer without deleting my personal library and I can't figure how to do it.
I deleted my username and password in Preferences and deleted my references but I can't delete the Group Libraries.
